Capitalising on its wide client base from the asset appraisal business, the relationship that Asia-Pac Financial Investment Company Limited (“the Group”) has established with its clients, as well as its expertise in identifying the value of different assets, the Group expanded into the provision of asset advisory services in 2007. Such services typically involve identifying potential investments or investors, undertaking due diligence and evaluation on the underlying assets and provision of procedural and strategic advice in relation to the client entering into an investment or realising an investment.
